I'd love for you to become a follower :)
-In regards to your questions: I personally think 1/4 cup is not going to fill you up...this company's granola had less calories per 1/4 cup than most do which made it possible for me to eat more than one serving and not feel bad, but I think all granola should shift their thinking and make a serving size more like 1 cup or so...just my opinion-and that is why I make my own granola that has around 150 calories per cup, it's under my 'all recipes' section-check it out! Hope I answered your question :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16282892122117184654noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3632433202207432348.post-56214754908863996642012-07-08T09:31:35.536-07:002012-07-08T09:31:35.536-07:00I just found your site through Gooseberry Patch an...I just found your site through Gooseberry Patch and I'm enjoying browsing through.
I love granola and was interested in this post. This is one thing that really bothers me - they recommend a portion size that's not adequate for an active person.
Just curious - thanks
JoyfulAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17508253033127071603noreply@blogger.com
