All About Me

Hello members of the world wide web! I'm Kristen-the master mind behind bakingblissful.blogspot.com (essentially, I'm the Blissful Baker!)

This page is gonna inform you on the reasonings behind my blog as well as a look into my life-aren't you lucky! :)

(My first 10k race-the Bolder Boulder... amazing!)

The name of my blog-Bakingblissful may seem a little odd... it was named because I'm blogging about the things that bring me bliss. There are many things in life that bring me bliss... the color yellow, frozen yogurt, carbonated flavored water... but the most blissful things in my life fall into 1 of 3 categories:
1. Faith (and everything that goes along with it.. family, friends, etc.)

2. Fitness

3. Food (especially the healthy kind!)

I'm currently a college student double majoring in dietetics and nutrition & exercise health science. I'm excited for making my love of fitness and food into a career!

My blog is a crazy mash-up of healthy recipes, food reviews, fitness tips and randomness from my life. I hope you enjoy your time here!

I LOVE my family and friends... don't know what I'd do without them

Feel free to email me about any and everything! @ bakingblissful@gmail.com

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

  1. So...since you're majoring in dietetics and exercise, you could totally make up a diet and workout plan for me right?? ;) You're so cute. And I am a frozen yogurt fanatic too! I'd be scared to see how much my husband and I have spent on it in the last few months. Haha

    1. I'd LOVE to! :) Some day I hope that is exactly what I do everyday for my job! I'm so excited for it! I was actually thinking about posting a calendar worth of meal/snacks for everyday with recipes to accompany them-think anyone would be interested in this?

And I hear ya on froyo :S Let's just agree not to ever figure up what we spend on it ok? ;)
